The CHARLY Li-Ion Polarheat Light is a light, sensitive and flexible battery-heated glove. It protects the hands for a short time even in the very cold, but is also not too warm due to its less thick padding at milder temperatures, which makes the Li-Ion Polarheat Light a particularly versatile glove.
When paragliding in summer, the heating is only switched on at high altitudes. Even during ski touring, the hands often do not need an extra heat supply during the ascent. Later, when removing the skins and the descent, the activated heating prevents them from cooling down. Other activities for which the Li-Ion Polarheat Light is particularly recommended are cycling, horseback riding or cross-country skiing.
The latest generation of our successful model has been completely revised and allows the optional use of even more powerful batteries (expected to be available from 09/26), which can also be combined with the standard double batteries if required.
- Due to their higher battery performance and the optimized course of the heating wires, the battery-operated CHARLY gloves heat noticeably warmer than other heated gloves.
- Upgradeable heating time: Since the double batteries are particularly flat and their two cells are flexibly connected to each other, an additional battery can be connected to the second pocket provided for this purpose in the cuff without loss of comfort. Thus, an extension of the heating time to up to 10 hours is possible. An even longer heating time can be achieved with the new, larger batteries with 19.24 Wh (expected to be available from 09/26). Individually, these can be connected directly in the glove. With the help of the extension cable available as an accessory, it is also possible to connect two large batteries or to combine a large battery with a standard double battery on a glove. The batteries can then be conveniently stowed in a jacket pocket, for example.
